It has a dedicated and experienced team of Assessors and Trainers that are fully committed to bring out the best in all who they come in to contact with. As well as providing high quality training, we also offer support to learners in finding placements and happily work with employers in their recruitment process, if required. As a direct employer of Apprentices ourselves, we are fully aware of the benefits of the Apprenticeship system and how best to ensure that each new recruit or training programme for an existing staff member, has the maximum benefit to both the apprentice and your organisation. Our local network of Training Centres provides coverage across London and the South East.

To ensure that nursery policies are followed and paperwork completed
To ensure that the children have ample opportunities for exploration at all times Planning lessons / activities as required.
To understand and respect the need for consistency of care for the children – report for duty on time, maintain regular attendance, give appropriate notice of holiday requests and report non-attendance through sickness promptly and appropriately
To assist in providing a safe, supportive and caring environment for young children in the care of Oak Tree Day Nursery; to ensure that all aspects of each individual child’s development are given full consideration
To greet the parents and children as they arrive
To show the children new Play and Learn Methods
