Duties Include:
Be a reliable member of a team, working co-operatively and with flexibility
To follow the Brightsparks Routine and to adhere to the nursery policies
To learn to work within the EYFS Guidelines
To develop good communications with parents / guardians, encouraging them to participate in their child’s progress and development and make them feel welcomed at all times
To work with enthusiasm and motivation at all times
To assist with the supervision of the children and ensure their safety at all times
To ensure quality interaction with the children at play (indoor and outdoor) and at mealtimes
Assist with the creation of a stimulating and attractive nursery environment.
Attend parent meetings, be involved in fundraising events and assist with the promotion of the nursery
Assist with the care, maintenance and security of all equipment and toys within the Nursery and to adhere to the room’s cleaning schedule
