What will the apprentice be doing?
1.· Communicate with customers effectively via telephone, email and chat support.
2.· Contact customers due to renew, problem solving, customer success and resolving complaints.
3. · Process tickets via our helpdesk.
4. Process customer orders making sure devices and SIM cards are recorded correctly.
5. · Ship devices promptly to customers, accurately reflecting orders.
6. · General administration and processing tasks.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?Level 2 Standard in Customer Service Practitioner
Functional Skills in Maths and English if Required
Your Training will be a mix of online and face to face once a week.
Face to face will be in our centres (to be confirmed)
