Frontline

Sort says: 'Frontline is a social work charity working to ensure that all children in England have a safe and stable home, and that their life chances are not limited by their social or family circumstances. Their head office is in central London but they have regional offices in Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham and Bristol. If you're passionate about equal opportunity and curious about a career in social work, check them out!' Frontline says: 'We create social change for these children and their families by developing excellent social work practice and leadership through our programmes. We are also building a movement of leaders in social work and broader society as part of our Fellowship. We aim to have 4,000 impactful fellows by 2025. We are always looking for talented, passionate and mission-aligned people to join Frontline and help us achieve our mission. We offer a range of job opportunities, as well as consultant social worker positions for experienced social workers who are working within our partner local authorities and trusts. One of the ways we are working towards this mission is by recruiting and developing high potential graduates to join the social work profession through the Frontline programme. These individuals will provide life-changing support to those who need it most. During your two years on the Frontline programme, you will work directly with children and families. After your first year you will qualify as a social worker and after your second you will have completed a master’s degree. You will develop the social work practice and leadership skills to bring about change inside the social work profession and beyond.'
We don't have any open opportunities at the moment, but follow us to be the first to know when something comes up.
