Cancellation Policy (Individual Users)
We want you to be happy with Sort and get the most from your membership. Here’s how it works if you want to change your membership subscription.
Changing your Membership
You can choose to downgrade to a free account at any time via the ‘Account Settings’ area. If you downgrade to a free plan before your renewal date, you will not be refunded for the membership fee already paid and your premium membership will stay in place until its expiry date.
When your premium membership expires we’ll move you back onto our free plan. Your pinned and followed content, notifications, and ‘my skills’ area will no longer be accessible when you’re on the free plan, but if you choose to upgrade to premium membership, it will be waiting for you.
Promotional and free access codes
If you have a premium membership that you have accessed via an access code or promotional code, we’ll automatically move you onto a free account when your access expires. You can always upgrade again at any time or add a new access code to extend your premium membership.
Cancelling your account
You can cancel your account at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by going to ‘Account Settings’, ‘Data & Privacy’ and selecting ‘Delete My Account’. We do not provide refunds on account cancellations.
There are no fees associated with cancelling your account.
Changes to the Refund and Cancellation policy
