Refund and Cancellation Policy (Business Users)

This policy relates to business users, for individual users see our Cancellation Policy here.

We want you to be happy with Sort and get the most from your subscription. Our plans are made to be flexible which means you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Pro-rata Refunds on Upgrades and Downgrades

You can choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, including moving to our Free Basic Plan. If you upgrade OR downgrade between paid plans, you will be refunded pro-rata the amount paid for the remainder of your current plan immediately, and charged the rate for your new plan. Your new plan will run from the date of your upgrade/downgrade.

If you have more live opportunities than your new plan allows you will be asked to select which ones you wish to remain live and all other opportunities will revert to ‘drafts’ so you can still access them and the data associated with them.

Free Trials

If you upgrade or downgrade during your free trial period you will start a new plan and will be charged for this new plan straight away. We recommend that you remain on the plan you have chosen during your free trial period and make any changes at the end of your free trial. You will be notified that your Free Trial is ending 7 days in advance. You may then choose to change your plan if you wish, or move to our free basic plan before your free trial ends. If you do not change your plan or cancel your subscription you will begin your paid subscription at the end of your free trial and you will be charged using the payment details you provided during registration.

Downgrading to our Free Basic Plan

You can downgrade your plan to our free Basic plan at any time by selecting ‘change plan’ in the Billing & Payments section of your account but you will not be refunded for any subscription fees already paid.  All live opportunities will move to ‘draft’ mode when you switch to our free basic plan.

Cancelling your account

You may cancel your account at any time by emailing us at admin@sortyourfuture.com or by going to ‘Account Settings’, ‘Data & Privacy’ and selecting ‘Delete My Account’. We do not provide refunds on account cancellations.

Fees

There are no fees associated with cancelling your account.

Changes to the Refund and Cancellation policy

We may change this Policy from time to time by updating this page. Sort shall take reasonable steps to notify you of any changes to this policy. This policy is effective from 14th April 2020.
